DJ Demp’s staff told us that he is a fan of the “beats” headphones by Dr. Dre, so we gave him a little twist!

Liz, owner of Bite of Your Life, adopted a new name this week…the Tired Baker. However, you’d never know it from looking at this.

We here at Bite of Your Life would like to send a very special Happy Birthday shout out to DJ Demp! We are honored to be working on quite a few projects for his weeklong celebration here in Tallahassee.

It all began with an order for 75 red velvet mini cupcakes with cream cheese icing and edible silver dust. Needless to say we were very excited about this opportunity to show #TEAMDEMP just what we’re made of, sugar and spice and everything nice, of course :-).

Things became a little hectic when we had to rush out and purchase more mini cupcake wrappers. And even more crazy when we ran out of red food coloring but we hit our deadline and I must say I’m very happy with the results!

Next up, we have DJ Demp’s official birthday cake. I can’t wait to tell you what we have planned for him, but for now it’s a secret!! :-)

Hey everyone!

This week has gotten off to a great start! We did a 1/4 sheet cake for FSU, and we got an order for our first Cupcake Bouquet! Good times!

This week, we have a cake that consists of two very specific cars - a 2010 Camaro and a '72 Chevy Chevelle. There is a lot of history behind this cake order, so we're under intense pressure to not only get it right, but to make it the greatest! This will make her birthday great, but it will be sure to help us out in Tallahassee!





We've got new signs up, and a couple of lawn signs to point you our way, so come see us!

I recently saw Julie & Julia, and she inspired me. No matter what, she found time to blog. We've been stressed. We've been busy. But you guys should know what's up.
